Each month, as a part of your subscription, we pledge to plant a certain number of trees in local rejuvenation projects. These trees will help remove carbon from the atmosphere, playing a vital role in our fight against climate change. But that's not all – your trees will also provide a much-needed habitat for the critically threatened Australian Rock Wallaby. The Widgewah Conservation Sanctuary, Victoria is dedicated to preserving and restoring native ecosystems, and your trees will help create a thriving environment where these adorable wallabies can thrive. You will receive individual tracking codes for each tree we plant together meaning you can watch it grow for years to come.

Yes! You can manage this from within your dashboard. You will simply pay any difference for the prorated billing period with all subsequent months paid at the beginning of the next cycle.

If you're not satisfied, we offer a refund within your first paid month after your trial period for monthly subscriptions, and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. No questions asked.

We don’t want to see any of our purpose aligned companies leave but if your circumstances change we will try to understand…eventually. Simply manage this from your dashboard and one of our team members will be in touch. Following the initial trial and refund periods, we do not offer refunds. Any services for SURU Concierge are non-refundable however you retain all developed assets.

Our commitment to data privacy and security is central to every aspect of our business. We follow globally recognized security and data privacy requirements as a standard practice. We use AWS and all data is held in Australia.

We are serious about privacy and urge all customers to secure their account by enabling 2 Factor Authentication through the Dashboard. To prove how serious we are, we will reduce your subscription by 5% when all listed users have 2FA enabled.  We recommend that you create a secure password, do not disclose your password or account details to anyone, and that you change your password quarterly.
